- Cooks must be experienced and capable of cooking a variety of high-standard meals.
- Must have good food knowledge.
- Must be able to read, understand, follow, and prepare company recipes.
- Must possess advanced knife-handling skills.
- Understanding the importance of following recipes and plating food to ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction.
- Ensuring the highest quality preparation and presentation of food items
- Grill, fry, broil, steam, and microwave raw and prepared foods.
- Preparing and handling orders.
- Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the kitchen.
- Overall monitoring of all stocks for all ingredients required for the production of all food goods.
