Opportunity | Duty Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- The telephonic communication with customers (internal & external)
- Handling and processing of correspondence (internal & external)
- Processing of account transactions
- Completion of daily work reports
- Ensuring completion of 360 cycles
- Escalating of non-conformance to next level of authority
- Assisting with adhoc functions when required
- Attend meetings, workshops and training as required

- Grade 12 (Matric) with proficiency in literacy and numeracy
- Computer literate including Excel Skills
